Our tour with Adrian was perfect, he was prompt with collection, very knowledgeable and even informing us of all the little scams to look out for. We felt extremely looked after and thoroughly enjoyed our day.

This was just a wonderful experience from start to finish. I emailed Dwight and Maureen who responded in a timely manner and helped me to set things up for my group of 26 persons. We were a bit disorganized when we got to the Cruise Ship Port but our driver Ryan was very patient with us. He told us about Ocho Riso and the people in Jamaica. He also taught us the Jamaican language and stopped for us to sample local Jamaican apples and sugar cane. Dunn’s RIver Falls was great and the river tubing was too. Our guide Dwight at the river tubing sang for us while we were on the river.

My group enjoyed Jamaica and thought that this was our best stop while on the cruise.

We will definitely recommend you to our friends and contact you when we return

My trip to Dunn’s River and White River was great! First, Uton picked us up from the hotel and took us to Dunn’s River which is a short distance. He ensured that we were well settled once we got to Dunn’s River. After the tour we were exhausted and thirsty, Uton had cold water prepared for us (I really liked that). On our way to White River, Uton also did sight seeing with us and provided knowledgeable information about shops, foods, Jamaica, and Ocho Rios. My friend was afraid of tubbing and Uton made her very comfortable. Overall, my experience with Karandas Tour was excellent. I anticipate to take another trip to Jamaica next year and will definitely use your services again.

Wonderful excursion! (Dunn River Falls and River tubing). I wish I had written everyone’s names down, very happy with the tour.
Although a bit hectic to start, once we were in the van, our guide for the trip was excellent, courteous, and helpful. Very good directions, good driving. The guide up the falls was great too, and although we appeared to be the oldest people climbing the falls, we all made it all the way “to the top” and had a great time. Finding our driver after the falls took a bit of time, that was somewhat unfortunate, but we got him eventually, and then off to river tubing. Again, our guide down the river was fun, even if he did sing off-key! What a rollicking fun ride down the river! Our guide was waiting at the bottom of the river, then some shopping at a market, and back to the ship. Great time had by all, and I would be happy to recommend your company for tours. Thanks again!

I cannot express enough Thanks about the amazing time we had in Ocho Rios with the Dunn’s River Falls and The River Tubing. But what was really the best highlight of our trip was Rudy our transportation driver. What an amazing individual. We were blown away by his hospitality, his attention to every detail, his humor and the best part his love for the island and his job. So knowledgeable and well spoken. You can really tell when someone has that much heart and compassion in what they do there is no faking it. Everything was a blast and had plenty of time to tour the shops on the way back to the ship. We will defiantly be back to Jamaica, bring more friends and will not even look to going with anyone else for excursions. Thank you again and Rudy as well. Merry Christmas and a very Happy New Year.

Let me just say that Dexter was absolutely wonderful. He made us feel safe and gave us the knowledge we needed to get through the excursion. Tell him we said hello.

At the falls our guide Phillip was the best ever. We couldn’t have been more pleased with his patience and guidance up the falls.

Over all the experience with you your company was hands down the best!!!! When we come back to Jamaica we will certainly book another excursion through your company.

I had a wonderful time in Jamaica. My excursion to Dunn’s River Falls & River Tubing in white river was amazing. I forgot my driver’s name but he was very cooperative and accommodating. Besides excursion, he also stopped by at fruit vendor so that we can enjoy local mango and other fruits. He didn’t bring us to any other place that we didn’t want to go. Overall, he did a great job. Van was in a very good condition, very clean and ac was working fine. Overall, had a good time. I will definitely book with you guys again in future. I will also recommend you to all my friends as well.

I am planning to fly into Jamaica and stay in a hotel for a week so that I can spend more time in Jamaica and check out it’s beauty. Of course, this is something I will do in future. If you provide a package where you include a week hotel stay and car/driver for sightseeing, that would be something I am interested.

We loved Dunn’s River Falls. That was amazing. We also tubed on the White River, it was beautiful.

Both our driver and guide were exceptional. We did the Dunn’s River Falls and River Tubing. We LOVED our guide for the River tubing and had an AMAZING time. I would recommend that to everyone. I wasn’t hugely impressed with Dunn’s River falls as it was very crowded but worth the visit. I would definitely come back and do the river tubing again!!!

Yes, your services was GREAT. Our guide “Cheap Charlie” Sheldon Dunn was great. He took up to eat at a local restaurant, somewhere we would not have stopped at and the food was excellent. He gave us information about the island and the economy and took us to the places we wanted to go. We tipped him well and he was worth it.

Thank you for the tour… I think it was you that drive us… the tour was great I cannot fault a thing… I liked the flexibilty you gave us when u took us to get jerk chicken at the bar. The tubing was great, falls were great, you were very informative… I would definately use you again if we come to Jamaica … Jamaica was our favourite island on our cruise we loved it and would like return to stay for a week or so next time when we have saved our money… hotel and resort recommendations?..

We had a recent visit to Ocho Rios on 1 July as our cruise ship made a stop there. Our guide for the day was Rudy, also known as Black Chini, and he was a wonderful guide. We were the only family on his bus that day and he was so friendly and took us to all the stops we wanted to go to. He helped make our experience in Jamaica very memorable.

I just spoke with my brother Joe Schmitt and his wife Savannah about their excursion I bought for their wedding gift. They said their excursion was amazing and quite possibly their most favorite gift. I thought I was paying for just the Dunn’s River Falls and shopping but they said they also went river tubing. They said all of the drivers were great and that you were phenomenal with arranging everything! We used your company for the above excursions on Mar. 24 during a Carnival Victory cruise. We were very happy we decided to use your company instead of Carnival for the excursions. Sheldon (Cheap Charlie) was very timely and responsible. He was also very informative and seems to enjoy his job.

The Dunn’s River Falls tour and tour guides were very helpful and enthusiastic. The Calypso Rafting company did a great job too! The guides were great at knowing the minute we were stuck on our tubes or were going to hit the side of the River. Even our 8 1/2 year old daughter had no worries.

We were really so happy with how everything turned out and of course so relieved that Charlie was punctual especially when it came time to getting us back to our port on time. We will pass your company’s name on to anyone we know cruising to Ocho Rios.

Our driver Michael was wonderful and one of the friendliest people we ever met. He actually found us when we were looking for him. Our young guide on the river was also great, however his name escapes me. He was a nice young man. We loved Jamaica and want to travel again. If so, we will use you again. We were four girls and very hesitant to book but you were all very accommodating and very efficient. I want to say you guys are truly amazing and that our driver UTON was beyond amazing. We were very happy with the service provided. We had a sick child, so only half of us got to go on the second part of the excursion. The driver was extremely helpful and stopped at pharmacy so we could get medicine. If we are in Jamaica again, we would definitely book with you again.

We had a great time. Sheldon was terrific. Slight glitch at tubing and Sheldon was really late to pick us up so we were not pleased about the wait. Sheldon was so apologetic, and explained that the company called him and he had to go and pick up a woman and her sick daughter. We completely understood. Sheldon worked really hard to make it up to us and was very accommodating.

We had the best experience we could have on our guided adventure! We got picked up on time and were actually brought to Dunn’s River right as it opened on Sunday so we had the falls to ourselves, it was perfect! Our driver was very nice and friendly and told us all about the areas we were driving through. He brought us over to the counter to get us into the falls and took care of everything for us. He then brought us to white river for tubing. He told us all about the main street area of Ocho Rios which we were seeing for the first time. He waited for us to finish tubing and was ready for us with a bucket of water to wash the sand off our feet. We couldn’t be happier with our experience with Karandas Tours and would recommend you to everyone going to Jamaica. Our guide at the river was also really awesome. This was one of our favorite days on the island for sure! We are so happy we went with JCA for our day out! 🙂
