We cannot say enough great things about the tour, from the driver, Experience, boat captain, photographer, extra time on the water, extra beverages than other companies could provide, and the price was absolutely the best. Booking a private tour for simply a few dollars per person more was 100% worth the experience. Thank you, if we ever come back to Jamaica, we will be in touch!

The entire experience was awesome! Our driver was outstanding! We were traveling with a group of 23 and he waited patiently for everyone to get situated and made sure we had everything we needed. He even allowed our guest to use the microphone to entertain the rest of us. Once we arrived at the lagoon he made sure we knew where to go and had our tickets. He was awesome and we would definitely recommend him to anyone!

Dexter was our driver, and he was the best host ever. He was very friendly and informative! We loved the tour, and it was the highlight of our trip. We wish we had a little more time in the water. The photographer was also awesome, and we loved the photos we got. This is definitely a trip we would take again.

This tour was absolutely amazing. Our entire group of 25 +infant went and we all thoroughly enjoyed this. Our guide was great, the bus didn’t overcrowd us and the entertainment was astounding. Our only qualm was we weren’t aware that the location we got the boat tour from was also the restaurant we could eat at afterwards as that was not discussed and many of us brought money to have dinner. We’ve already recommended this excursion countless times to friends, family and other people we’ve met along the way in Jamaica.

I will post on Trip Advisor as well. Dexter was an amazing guide! He explained the local scenery and history as we drove. He was gracious enough to stop at a pharmacy so we could pick up a few things not available at the resort. He also made an impromptu stop at a Catholic Church for my mother. Dexter is the best guide I have ever used in all of my trips! Patient, kind, accommodating and informative! I wish we could have had him again the next day for our dolphin excursion.

We were very happy with our driver and the service in general. The only point of improvement was that it would have been easier for us if we could have paid for the full amount via the internet, instead of in cash.

The excursion was amazing, definitely an experience to remember. Our driver Eric was very helpful, he even took up to a really nice place for authentic Jamaican food. The only thing is that if the boat ride was later in the night it would have been better because the glow from the lake was a lot stronger when we were coming back to shore rather than when we were on the lake. Overall great trip.

The tour was amazing and Dexter was really awesome. He made sure that we were taken care of and looked out to make sure we weren’t taken advantage of. You have a great team on your hands from what I’ve experienced. We thoroughly enjoyed ourselves and would definitely book another tour if/when we come back.

Nicole my fiance passed this along to me to reply to so I thought I would drop you a line.

The short and sweet of it was our driver “Willy” I believe was his name, who took us from Montego Bay to the Luminous lagoon, was excellent.

He was informative, approachable, talkative and had a generally great attitude. Along the trip he filled us in on the history and culture of towns we passed by. As well as during our stops directed us to hassle free markets and stops along the way. He was patient with our time frame and I have already recommended your tour company to a friend who is traveling to Mo Bay today actually. Courtney Seguin is her name, she should be calling you if they travel off resort.

I took the time to write this as Nicole and I are in the service industry ourselves and its rare we come across someone like our driver who does their job so well with such a great attitude. We felt safe and informed the whole day and only wish we had more time to do some more tours.

I ended up proposing to Nicole in the luminous Lagoon and I am happy to say it was during your tour we were engaged.

You have a good driver working for you and hopefully everyone else on your fleet represents you as well as he does.
