Appleton Estate Rum Factory Tour from Falmouth
Travel through Jamaica’s scenic north coast, then go to the interior and countryside to the south coast and experience the magic of the Appleton Estates. Upon your arrival you will be greeted, briefed and go on a guide tour of the estate during which you will not only learn how the rum is made, but taste many different blends and get a complimentary bottle of Appleton Jamaican rum. After your tour of the factory, you have the option of enjoying some Jamaican lunch before returning to your Cruise Ship in Falmouth/resort in Trelawny.

Great road trip and tour. The driver did a good job and the tour guide at Appleton did an excellent job as well. I would recommend this tour to persons who want to see Jamaica and learn about how rum is made.
We also got to see the Black River and Pelican Bar on the way back as well, but at an additional cost of course.

I was hoping I could pass along how impressed we were with Dexter and his knowledge of the area and incredible driving skills. The roads coming back from the rum tour were very difficult to navigate as he had to drive through some very heavy rain. Dexter also was keenly aware of our time constraints and did a fantastic job getting us back to the ship on time…and in one piece. Our only regret was that we didn’t have more time on the island to explore. Your people are so friendly and hard working. One last thought to pass along to Dexter…..Donald Trump will NOT be our next President, so tell him to relax and enjoy the ridiculous process that is all part of campaigning in the good ol US of A. We are contacting you to let you know how much we
enjoyed our tour of the Appleton Estate Rum Factory on the 30th
of September 2015.
Robert was an exceedingly competent driver over narrow and
winding roads.
He also provided us with an excellent insight into the history and
lives of Jamaicans.
We are aware that we have seen and learnt more travelling with
Robert than we would have had, had we been on a bus excursion.
Please extend to him our heartfelt thanks and we would certainly

Thanks for the follow-up and we had a great time on our Appleton Rum Estates shore excursion and your guide/driver, Hewin (sp), did a great job. He was prompt, courteous and knowledgeable and was an excellent driver! The country side on the way from Falmouth and Montego Bay up into the mountain hills on the way to Appleton Estates is absolutely beautiful, but the roads are “challenging” being narrow, winding and traffic that made the trip memorable. The tour at Appleton Rum Estates was absolutely fantastic and we were glad that we made the choice to go with your travel service for this “Gem of Jamaica”. The Jamaican lunch on the way back to our ship was also great with the food being just what we were hoping for and gave us a “Jamaican treat” to savor.
Once again thanks and if we make it back to Jamaica on another cruise we will definitely keep your tour agency in mind and at the top of our list.

Dear Mr Soares,
My wife Amy and I, along with my In-Laws had utilities your company’s services on January 25th, 2012.
To start off, when we planned this excursion with our cruise we forgot to add the one hour time difference from the ship’s time. When we arrived at Falmouth, we were met by our guide and driver who waited for our ship, Voyager of the Seas.
He was extremely nice and an outstanding representative of Jamaica. We not only enjoyed his good sense of humor, but his knowledge of Jamaica and his willingness to share that with us. He was a very careful driver and at no time did we feel like he put our lives in jeopardy while he drove use from Falmouth to the Appleton Rum Estate.
Once at Appleton, my Mother-In-Law was concerned about him waiting for us while we were taking the tour of the facilities. He not only reassured her that he would wait, but offered to go through the tour with us, to reassure her that he would not leave. While he was walking with us at Appleton, I had a wonderful conversation with him about your beautiful country
We ended up having to cut the tour shot because of our limited time in country. He was very attentive to our time constraint and safely brought us back to the Pier at Falmouth in plenty of time.
It should be brought to your attention that I never told him that I am a police officer in the United States. He should be highly commended about his safe driving, especially while on your back country roads, which are nothing like what we are accustom too in the United States. My family was extremely impressed with Him! He is an outstanding representative of Jamaica and your company, so much so that my In-Laws are planning on returning for an extended vacation stay in Jamaica.
You should be very proud to have him working for your company and as a representative of Jamaica. We did find “Irie Mon” during our visit!
